Port Adhoc ambition

Port Adhoc was created in October 2004 by a group of private investors in order to offer a new solution to face the lack of places in the French marinas.

Our ambition: to establish fifteen marinas in France

Port Adhoc aims at becoming the first network of dry stack marinas along the French coasts with 15 marinas, representing about 5 000 places. The first marina has been established in Paimpol (Brittany), followed by the dry stack of Soubise (near La Rochelle on the Atlantic coast), Leucate (on the Mediterranian Sea), Bayonne (in the South West) and St-Nazaire-sur-Charente (on the Atlantic coast, near Soubise and La Rochelle).

Our goal is to offer a complete service to satisfy a maximum of demand and contribute to solve the problem of places on the French coasts. We want our customers to feel free to use their boats when they want, where they want and as often as they want, without worrying about how to store their boat in security when everybody knows French marinas are full.
This is how we define the pleasure of yachting.

Our activity is both similar and very different to in-water marinas: different because boats are stored in racks out of water, but similar because you can use it as often as you want. We consider that marinas and Port Adhoc dry stacks are complementary: our marinas have been established to complete the supply in total harmony with the local professionals such as marinas and concessionaries, and the French Territorial Collectivities.
