Port Adhoc is a private company, unlisted at the Stock Exchange, with a €2 802 000 capital. The shareholding is composed of natural persons, corporate bodies and investment funds.

Our 2 main shareholders are the following investment funds :

Phillimore Investissement, an independent venture capital company, which activity is the acquisition of minority interests in European companies specialized in services and unlisted at the Stock Exchange.
