Le texte concerne les bateaux \u00e0 moteur, les voiliers monocoques, catamarans ou trimarans, les semi-rigides et m\u00eame certains engins de plage \u2013 les bateaux pneumatiques, rameurs, kayaks\u2026 \u2013 lorsqu\u2019ils s\u2019\u00e9loignent \u00e0 une certaine distance des c\u00f4tes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udca1 <strong>Le saviez-vous\u202f?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tous les plaisanciers r\u00e9sidant fiscalement en France et qui naviguent dans les eaux maritimes fran\u00e7aises, que leur bateau soit immatricul\u00e9 en France ou non, doivent se conformer \u00e0 la r\u00e9glementation. Celle-ci s\u2019applique d\u00e8s l\u2019entr\u00e9e dans les eaux maritimes fran\u00e7aises, m\u00eame loin des c\u00f4tes. M\u00eame si votre bateau de moins de 24\u202fm\u00e8tres est enregistr\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger et qu\u2019il est amarr\u00e9 dans un port su\u00e9dois ou n\u00e9erlandais de notre r\u00e9seau, par exemple, la navigation dans les eaux fran\u00e7aises vous oblige aussi \u00e0 respecter la Division 240.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:60px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le principe de zone de navigation et d\u2019\u00e9loignement d\u2019un abri<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>En mati\u00e8re d\u2019<strong>\u00e9quipement de s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong>, la Division 240 classe les <strong>obligations des plaisanciers<\/strong> en fonction de leurs projets de navigation. Ou, plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, selon la distance d\u2019\u00e9loignement pr\u00e9vue avec leur bateau.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainsi, selon que vous souhaitez vous \u00e9loigner plus ou moins loin d\u2019un \u00ab\u202fabri\u202f\u00bb, vous n\u2019\u00eates pas tenu de d\u00e9tenir, \u00e0 bord, les m\u00eames \u00e9quipements.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9cisons que la notion d\u2019abri correspond \u00e0 un endroit o\u00f9 vous pourrez vous mettre en s\u00e9curit\u00e9, en mouillant, en atterrissant ou en accostant, puis duquel vous pourrez repartir, le tout sans assistance. Un abri peut \u00eatre un port, une crique, une plage\u2026 mais il doit permettre la mise en lieu s\u00fbr de l\u2019embarcation, de l\u2019\u00e9quipage et des passagers \u2013 en tenant compte des conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9o et des caract\u00e9ristiques de votre navire.
