Contest Rules

Article 1 – Organizer

Port Adhoc Group, with registered office at 14 avenue de l’Opéra, 75001 Paris, France, is organizing a free contest entitled “Win a summer berth with Port Adhoc Sverige!” from May 22 to June 5, 2026. The contest will be promoted on Instagram and Facebook, with participation via this dedicated webpage.

Article 2 – Conditions of participation

The contest is open to any individual of legal age.
Only one entry per person (same name, same email address).
Excluded from participation: the organizer’s staff, its contractors, and their relatives.

Article 3 – How to participate

To enter, simply complete the online registration form via the link provided on Instagram and Facebook.

Any incomplete entry or entry submitted after the deadline will be considered invalid.

Article 4 – Winner selection

A random draw will take place on June 6, 2026, among all valid entries. One winner will be selected per marina.

The winners will be contacted by email within 7 days of the draw.

The winners must acknowledge receipt of the email within 30 days. After this period, the prize will be reassigned.

Article 5 – Prize description

The winners will receive:

A 3-month berth at Svinninge Marina or Gåshaga Marina (subject to availability in the desired category).
Valid from April 01 to October 31, 2026. (flexible start date)
The indicative value of the prize depends on the boat’s dimensions (see Svinninge Marina price list & Gåshaga Marina price list).

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable.

Article 6 – Liability

The organizer cannot be held liable if the contest is modified, postponed, or canceled due to force majeure or events beyond its control.

Article 7 – Personal data

Personal data collected will be used solely for the management of the contest and, if the participant has explicitly consented, for sending marketing communications.

In accordance with the GDPR (EU) 2016/679 and the Lag (2018:218) med kompletterande bestämmelser till EU:s dataskyddsförordning (Sweden), each participant has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data upon request at contactus@port-adhoc.com.

Article 8 – Applicable law and jurisdiction

These contest rules are subject to Swedish law.

In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable settlement, jurisdiction will rest with the courts at the organizer’s registered office.
