Huizen is a historic village where you can discover several heritage buildings, such as the Kerkelijk Gebouw. Culture buffs can visit the Huizer Museum, while others can simply browse through a few souvenir stores. And don't miss the charming little marina, well worth a visit in its own right!

There's a restaurant and a beach bar, and you can stock up on groceries at the supermarket just 500 meters from our Almere harbour, and in the specialty stores on the marina premises.
Finally, from the marina, you can take a stroll inland to the town of Almere. Just a stone's throw from Marina Muiderzand, you'll also have direct access to a kite-surfing and catamaran beach, from which you can enjoy a range of water sports.
